All GateSlaves report to our webservers daily and also when you update your gate with new numbers. This cost a few cents a day for you to use - usually 2 cent's a time.

We currently use 02's network - ( if the number you dial for your gate is 086 that's you.) Now we have found out that 02 has changed their billing.

At end of July 2011 we got reports from customers that their sims or accounts that are prepaid began using sometimes 99cent a day !
€10 which used to last as much as six months now lasts as little as 10 days.

We met with 02 and they simply said they had changed their billing - and are not going to change it to suit you or us!

Your Sims will now use 99 cent a day !

We are horrified at this action but we all are at the mercy of 02.
Your Gateslaves will not take new numbers - however will continue to work with existing programmed numbers.

Options

1. Move to a contract Sim from 02 for 8.95 per month. This keeps your number and does not require your sim to be changed. This is not an option for a lot of users.

2: Change to Vodafone Pay as You Go for €20. We pass this sim on to you at our cost and it will include credit.

We urge you to write to 02 to complain.
